The Services contain videos, audio, graphics, photos, text, branding, interactive features, software, metrics, and other materials provided by you, Virtual girl - AI video, or third parties (collectively, "Content").
Content is the responsibility of the person or entity that provides it. Virtual girl - AI video is not obligated to host or serve any Content. If you encounter Content that you believe violates this Agreement or the law, you may report it to us.
Virtual girl - AI video Account
You may need to create an account and select a password and username ("Virtual girl - AI video Account"). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. You may not use a username that you do not have the right to use or impersonate another person. You may not transfer your account without our prior written permission.

Messaging

- (e) attempts to obtain other users' passwords or security information;
- (f) violates network security;
- (g) runs spam or interferes with the Services' operation;
- (h) crawls, scrapes, or spiders the Services;
- (i) reverse engineers or attempts to discover source code or underlying components;
- (j) uses output to develop competing models;
- (k) buys, sells, or transfers API keys without consent;
- (l) sends personal information of children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent);
- (m) collects identifying information without authorization;
- (n) distributes unsolicited commercial content;
- (o) manipulates engagement metrics;
- (p) misuses reporting or appeals processes;
- (q) misrepresents AI-generated content as entirely human-generated. We encourage proactive disclosure when distributing AI-generated content;
- (r) generates, uploads, or distributes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or any content that exploits, abuses, or endangers minors.
Violations may result in termination of your access. We may monitor for fraudulent activity and take appropriate action, including canceling credits or restricting access.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
5. Prohibited AI Content and Google API Compliance
We employ content review systems to detect and block risky content including terrorism, violence, pornography involving minors, and illegal requests. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or permanent bans.
6. Reservation; Develop, Improve, and Update; Change of Terms
Reservation
Using the Services does not grant ownership of any aspect of the Services or Content posted by others or Virtual girl - AI video.
Develop, Improve, and Update the Services
We may modify, update, or discontinue features or the Services entirely to improve performance, security, comply with law, or prevent abuse. Software may update automatically. We will attempt to notify you of material adverse changes when practical.
Change of Terms
We may update this Agreement. Notice will be provided via our website, email, or other means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
7. Your Rights in the Services
Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree to respect all notices and restrictions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Content solely for personal use of the Services. You may not use Content for other purposes without permission.
8. Your Content and Conduct
User Submissions
Anything you post, upload, share, or provide ("User Submission") is your responsibility. You represent that your User Submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with this Agreement and law.
You agree not to submit User Submissions that infringe rights, contain sexually explicit or pornographic content involving real people without consent, hate speech, exploitation of minors, unlawful acts, animal cruelty, fraudulent schemes, or otherwise violate law.
Rights You Grant
You grant Virtual girl - AI video a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Submissions as necessary to operate and provide the Services, including marketing (for Public User Submissions). Ownership remains with you, but licenses survive account deletion to the extent content has been shared or stored.
Removing Your Content
You may remove your Content at any time. We may remove Content at our discretion.
Copyright Protection

Responsibility for What You See and Do
You access Content at your own risk. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or damages arising from Content or interactions. Third-party links and services are not controlled by us; you assume all risk when using them.
You release Virtual girl - AI video from liability for disputes with other users or third parties.
Usage Data and Content
We may use Usage Data and Content to develop, train, or enhance AI and machine learning models, subject to the limitations in our Privacy Policy (including that identifiable private conversations are not used for training without explicit opt-in consent). AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for human judgment.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Termination may result in loss of Content.
Surviving provisions include payment obligations, indemnity, liability limitations, and dispute resolution terms.
10. About Software in the Services
Downloadable software is licensed for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer it without permission.
Open-source components may have overriding licenses.
Mobile applications are subject to App Store terms. Additional Apple-specific terms apply as detailed in the original document.
11. Fees and Payments
Services may be free or paid. Paid Services require payment via third-party processors. You are responsible for all charges.
Refunds are available to first-time users within 12 hours of purchase, subject to limited usage conditions.
12. Export Controls
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and not export the Services to prohibited countries or parties.
13. Other Legal Terms
Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual girl - AI video Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages exceeding $100 or amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Virtual girl - AI video Parties against claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.
Governing Law and Arbitration
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, under JAMS rules (with opt-out rights and other details as specified).
Miscellaneous
You are responsible for taxes. This Agreement is the complete understanding between the parties. No third-party beneficiaries except as specified.
